AI firm xAI has recently released a new capability for Grok studio that allows you to generate PDFs on any topic you would like.
Grok Studio can generate programs, analyze data and create web-based games. The latest addition is not a plain PDF generation, but it’s a complete PDF editing solution. Let’s take a look at how to generate PDFs with xAI Grok, then explore what Grok studio has to offer to improve the output.
Go to Grok and input a prompt to create a PDF. The AI will start working on your instruction as soon as you hit enter, this may take a few seconds. Once completed, you will see and artifact linked in the conversation. Afterwards, Grok will show you a preview of the document that you requested.
What’s important about this screen is its extended range of editing tools specifically designed for PDF generation. It’s like Adobe PDF viewer inside Grok Studio.
The top side of the preview window consists of a table of content, where you can switch between thumbnail and list view.
It has a highlighter with color picker, with that, you can mark a line or lines where you find something interesting. Similarly, you will find drawing tools that let you underline or mark anything on the pages. In case you make a mistake, an eraser tool next to the text will clean the page. Speaking of which, you can add text anywhere to give an additional touch to your researches.
