Apple has released iOS 26 beta 3 for developers, seeding new improvements to the operating system, while quashing bug that continues to appear in new software builds. The latest beta comes after two weeks of the second beta release.

iOS 26 launched with a liquid design featuring a glass-like interface and animations, bringing the biggest upgrade in years. However, the first beta has brought many bugs and design instabilities to early testers.

That includes readability, which became a big problem for users. For example, users were unable to read the lock screen notifications due to the over-transparency in the control panel and lock screen.

These issues have been addressed in the second beta rollout by adding a strong blur effect in the control center’s background; similar changes are found in the notifications center.

If you want to experience iOS 26 beta 3, visit Settings > General > Software Update. Here you can see the latest OTA update. If you want to join the test program, visit the software update settings and select developer beta.
