Tesla Diner gets a soft opening for first responders

Tesla has officially confirmed the soft opening of the Tesla Diner in Los Angeles but it’s initially available only to first responders, celebrating their will and efforts to save lives in harshes conditions.

The Diner is located on Santa Monica Boulevard, LA. It has a futuristic architectural design with a two-story, silver structure that looks like a flying saucer, probably reflecting a spaceship. The bottom floor includes a kitchen area, bar, and dining area.

The second story also has theater-style seating and a bar. The design consists of outdoor seating on a rooftop area. It has two super-large 45-foot LED movie screens with audio synching directly to parked Teslas. It is reported that users will be able to order food directly from their vehicles.

Early visitors have shared their experience on X, confirming that the Optimus robot is also employed to do some product handling tasks for customers.

This destination is a larger version of the Tesla Supercharger, including 80 V4 Supercharger stalls. allowing visitors to charge at any point in time while enjoying their favorite food. Besides first responders, Tesla is expected to open the Diner for the public on July 21.
