Tesla delivered 434,358 vehicles in Q4 2025
Tesla has announced its fourth-quarter (Q4) 2025 production and delivery results, highlighting consistent vehicle output despite broader electric vehicle market headwinds.
The company produced 434,358 vehicles in Q4, including 422,652 Model 3 and Model Y units and 11,706 from other models such as the Model S, Model X, and Cybertruck.
Deliveries reached 418,227 vehicles, with 406,585 attributed to Model 3 and Y variants and 11,642 to others. Energy storage deployments hit a quarterly record of 14.2 gigawatt-hours (GWh), underscoring growth in Tesla’s non-automotive segment.
For the full year 2025, Tesla produced 1,654,667 vehicles and delivered 1,636,129, maintaining focus on high-volume models that accounted for over 96% of output. Annual energy storage deployments totaled 46.7 GWh, twice compared to prior levels and reflecting expanded Megapack and Powerwall installations.
These results align with Tesla’s strategy to scale affordable EV production and energy solutions amid global supply chain adjustments and regulatory shifts, including the phase-out of certain U.S. tax credits.
Compared to Q3 2025, Q4 production fell 2.9% from 447,450 units, while deliveries dropped 15.9% from a strong 497,099, which may be a result of seasonal demand fluctuations and inventory management.
Energy deployments rose 13.6% quarter-over-quarter, from 12.5 GWh, signaling accelerating adoption of storage products. In comparison with full-year 2024, the past year’s deliveries declined 8.6% from 1,789,226 units, impacted by intensified competition from rivals like BYD and softening EV incentives.
Production edged down similarly, while energy deployments surged 48.6% from 31.4 GWh, highlighting diversification as a buffer against automotive volatility. Tesla’s outlook emphasizes cost efficiencies and new model launches to regain momentum.
