GM is preparing a new software update upgrade for the Cadillac Lyriq in March this year. This new software release will improve the car’s user experience that’s what we could expect for now.

This new news appeared after the Chevy Blazer struck a massive set of bugs which later led to a sales suspension. GM CEO, Mary Barra said that her company is working on a new software fix to address these issues found in Blazer EV.

Barra, during the Q4 2023 earning call, confirmed that the GM team’s software division is continuously engaged in this matter to resume Blazer EV sales.

Super Cruise is GM’s hands-free driver assistance technology for compatible lanes and vehicles. However, it will still require the driver’s attention based on the condition.
