The new Renault 5 electric vehicle has appeared in live images with a production-ready design and most of the aesthetics of the car meet its concept reveals Rushlane.

Renault says this car is designed for the modern age and built in France. It is set to be unveiled on February 26 at the Geneva International Motor Show.

This car aimed to be a city car and ideal for urban driving. The vehicle packs a 52kWh battery with a range of up to 400 km WLTP. There’s a 40kWh battery version that will be available later on.

One of the distinct features of the car sits on the bonnet as a charge indicator light. It shows the number “5” when the vehicle is fully charged.

According to the carmaker, the new Renault 5 E-Tech electric will enter the market at 25,000 euros on a par with B-segment hybrids.
