Apple Vision Pro

Apple is now working on an affordable Vision headset instead of Vision Pro 2. This spatial computer brings new operating system that enables interactions and digital content.

At the WWDC 24 event, Apple announced Vision Pro’s expansion to new countries and regions. The pre-orders will start on Thursday, June 13 at 6 p.m. PT in China, Hong Kong, Japan, and Singapore. The device will expand to Australia, Canada, France, Germany, and the United Kingdom from Friday, June 28.

The current version of Apple Vision Pro is priced at $3,500 considered ultra-premium for consumers. However, this is not the price point that mass customers bass would adopt.

TheInformation reports that Apple has told supply chain partners to suspend resourcing on next-gen Vision headset. The latest decision comes as the company is not getting satisfactory sales results.

Instead, the company focuses on a more affordable Vision product with sliced features. This new headset is planned to be released before 2026 by dividing the lineup into two models. However, Apple has not announced any new information about the new Vision headsets.
