Tesla NACS Charging Adapter

Ford has officially announced that it has shipped 140k NACS adapters for electric vehicles (EV) owners who reserved a free complimentary adapter unit in February last year.

In 2024, Ford opened Tesla Supercharger network access for its EVs in the US, enabling more than 20,000 Tesla Superchargers access to customers. This improved charging locations for Ford EV owners.

These NACS adapters are designed for Mustang Mach-E and F-150 Lighting vehicles and work as a bridge between the CCS and Superchargers.

Ford revealed that users visit to Tesla Supercharger reached all-time high in February 2025, accounting for nearly 20% of all charging visits away from home.

The adapter is available for $200 at a Ford store, and it could be shipped by March 14. To be mentioned, this product is not returnable. It has 3 years of warranty from purchase date or delivery date in California.

Ford owners can use Tesla superchargers through FordPass App or the Public Charging app on the vehicle’s touch screen.
