Tesla is working on Dojo 2 AI cluster and feeding new improvements to increase its computing capacity, adding to this, the company has provided an update on this data center, as well as the AI5 platform.

Dojo 2 will be operating at scale in 2026, reaching a computing capacity of around 100,000 Nvidia H100 GPUs. The Dojo project is currently operating at a limited scale due to the initial chipset production testing and improvements.

The EV maker continues to optimize the performance of the D1 chipset, produced by Taiwan’s TSMC. The D2 chipset will bring more enhancements over D1, and providing a more stable computing.
