Google Gemini 3 Pro to launch next week with Nano Banana Pro
Google CEO, Sundar Pichai, indicated that the Gemini 3 advanced AI model could launch as soon as next week alongside Nano Banana Pro, a new image generator model.
A user account has posted a screenshot of a prediction, showing a 69% probability of Google Gemini 3.0 launching on November 22. After the post surfaced online and captured mass attention, Pichai quoted the post with two thinking-face emojis but without a caption, keeping the ambiguity around the release. Despite this unique reply, X users are speculating that this could be a direct nod to the next week’s launch.

The Gemini 3 has been building for the past month, and its leak has been spilled throughout the internet on different products. For example, the Gemini-3-pro-preview-11-2025 had been accessible via Vertex AI, featuring 1+ million token context and video reasoning.
Just recently, the Gemini 3.0 Pro and Nano Banana 2 appeared in the Agent model selector for Gemini Enterprise users. Furthermore, the Gemini 3 was secretly released on the Gemini app using the Canvas feature, with a big difference in output quality between web (PC) and mobile versions.
Interestingly, these leaks and direct mentions have been removed soon after they appeared online.
Nano Banana Pro
Similar to Gemini 3, Google’s next-gen Nano Banana model is also spotted on several platforms, showing its image generation model capability. Its realistic video quality and generation will reach the next level.
The observations of a hidden promo in Google Vids referred to “Quickly generate beautiful images and visuals for your video using Nano Banana Pro”, indicating the next Nano Banana version will be labeled as “Pro” rather than Nano Banana 2.
However, it also meets the naming scheme of the Gemini, as Pro means higher quality and speed compared to the standard release. On the other hand, it may also mean that the Nana Banana could use Gemini 3 Pro and not Flash, unlike its previous version.
