On Tuesday, March 10, SpaceX launched a new Falcon 9 space vehicle featuring an EchoStar XXV payload to geosynchronous transfer orbit. The rocket lifted off from the Space Launch Complex 40 at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station in Florida within the first launch window.

This was the 14th flight for the first stage booster, which previously supported Crew-9, RRT-1, Firefly Blue Ghost Mission 1, Fram 2, SXM-10, MTG-21, and seven Starlink missions.

Following its separation from the second stage, the first stage landed ona shortfall of gravitas droneship stationed in the Atlantic Ocean.

Echostar XXV provides broadcast satellite service to homes and businesses across the United States. The spacecraft targets the 110-degree west orbital slot, where it will expand capacity for DISH Network’s Pay-TV operations and support reliable television and broadcast delivery.

Besides XXV, the company has plans to launch EchoStar XXVI at the 119-degree west position sometime in 2028. These launches will improve its services with finer connectivity.
