Anthropic launches Claude Enterprise with 500k context window

Anthropic Claude Enterprise

Anthropic has announced Claude AI for Enterprise customers with an expanded context window and a range of custom features exclusive to this new plan.

It brings enterprise-grade control including security and administrative control to manage and protect sensitive data. That includes:

  1. Single sign-on (SSO) and domain capture to manage user access and decentralize provisioning control.
  2. Role-based access with fine-grained permissions to improve security and information shared across the organization.
  3. Audit Log helps you trace system activities for expanded monitoring.
  4. The plan includes a new cross-domain identity management (SCIM) system to automate user provisioning and access controls.

Audit Log and SCIM will be available in the next few weeks.

Enterprise Features

First up context window, entrprise plan has expanded 500,000 context length. It can be used to upload hundreds of sales transcripts, dozens of 100+ page documents, or medium-sized codebases.

Just drag and drop the files to the uploader and feed all the knowledge for comprehensive answers.

Github

Anthropic is now integrating Github native for engineering teams to sync repositories with Claude. You can work with your codebase to iterate on new features, debug issues, or collaborate with new engineers.

This is the first native integration with Claude to enable online collaboration on data sources and provide relevant insights.

Github is available in Beta to early Enterprise plan users starting today and a broader rollout will happen later this year.

Projects and Artifacts

The expanded context window helps you to do more with Projects and Artifacts. For example, marketers can upload product specifications for Claude to build a new prototype.

On the other hand, engineers will have more freedom to connect codebases to troubleshoot issues and identify room for improvements. Enterprise customers will have to contact the Anthropic sales team to access this plan.
