First Tesla Diner Launched: Eat, Charge and Watch
Tesla has launched its first-ever diner for people who want to charge their vehicle at a place where they can rest and eat while also enjoying entertaining content. The Tesla diner is located at 7001 Santa Monica Blvd, West Hollywood, California.
It has a seating capacity of more than 250 people and installed 80 V4 Supercharger stalls with 10MW on-site power capacity and 230 kW of solar canopies. These chargers support NACS-compatible EVs, which makes Diner the largest urban charging station in the world.
“Tesla Diner is a supercharging station, classic American diner and drive-in experience all wrapped up into one”. wrote Tesla.
The diner has retro-futuristic architecture, featuring a two-story design offering different services and open for both Tesla and non-Tesla drivers. There’s also a Skypad, where you can enjoy the view of the city or watch the megascreens while your EV charges. Furthermore, you can place your order in advance or when you arrive through your vehicle’s touchscreen or go inside along with others.
