Tesla launches New Model S Plaid Sport Seats, Beyond Ludicrous

Tesla has just launched the new Sport Seats variant of the Model S Plaid version in North America and the company is giving these seats free of charge with new orders.

The seats are track-inspired and provide increased stability while driving at high speed and while cornering.

These seats have performance suede on the bolsters for increased grip and exclusive “Plaid” composite decor in the center of the backrest. This is a marquee detail of the Plaid and the bucket seats in the upcoming Tesla Model 3 Ludicrous also has “Ludicrous” decor in the same place.

These seats are built with a new architecture to provide comfort and support, 12-way power adjust, heating, and ventilation features.

To choose for these new sports seats you must select the Model S Plaid with any wheel option. These seats match the interior color including Black, White, and Cream. Information shows that the new sports seats are available in markets including China.

Tesla CEO, Elon Musk also reacted to the story saying “The Model S and X Plaid (Meaning, beyond ludicrous speed) are sublime”. This new addition is likely to improve the user experience but it’s available for new cars built after April 1, 2024. There’s confirmation whether the pending deliveries will be bring the new changes.
