Mercedes-Benz rolls out Tesla Supercharger (NACS) support in the US

Mercedes-Benz has officially announced that its electric vehicles (EVs) can now access Tesla Superchargers via the North American Charging System (NACS). The network currently includes more than 20,000 Tesla Superchargers.

Existing models can use a Mercedes-Benz fast charging adapter, which requires no additional apps and the payment system is built on the the company’s app.

The carmaker has confirmed that the DC charger will be available to purchase through an authorized dealer.

To start charging, confirm your purchased Mercedes-Benz approved adapter via the mobile app and tap “Charging Status & Settings” and when prompted, toggle “NACS DC Adapter” on to indicate that you have the adapter.
