How to watch SpaceX Starship Flight 8

SpaceX is ready to conduct the Starship Flight 8 and viewers around the world are also looking forward to this massive rocket test to watch it as it flies into space.
The rocket maker has confirmed that the test flight will be broadcasted online. A livestream will start 40 minutes before the liftoff and you can watch it via the @SpaceX account on X social media. The live webcast will also be available on the X TV app.
The Starship Flight 8’s launch window will open at 5:30 p.m. CT. However, weather, mission preparations and other scenarios could delay or postpone the launch for minutes, hours or days.
The company will also share flight milestones and exclusive shots on its account so you can check them there.
Flight 8
SpaceX has been testing this rocket for the past two years and achieved significant progress for rapid development. The company can now land the first stage vertically on the launch site thanks to the catch tower’s robotic arms.
The catch was first marked in Flight 5, then failed in Flight 6, but succeeded for the second time in Flight 7. The company will catch attempt in Flight 8 after meeting the landing safety parameters.
On the other hand, the ship has three asignments, first is to complete its ascent burn and enter into the suborbital plane. There it will have to perform dummy Starlink satellites deployment and fire a single Raptor engine for a short duration in the space.
Then the ship will reenter Earth’s atmosphere, here it will test the descent heat via tiles and its thermal protection system. Eventually, it will mark the final burn to flip the rocket from belly side to vertical before splashing down in the Indian Ocean.
SpaceX will perform several experiments on the upper stage to prepare the upper stage for a launch site landing in a future mission as early as flight 9.
You can watch the entire action during Starship Flight 8 livestream as it unfolds.
