AI firm Perplexity has announced that video generation is now available for X users on the Ask Perplexity handle. Ask Perplexity is a Twitterbot of the generative AI model company, known for its internet-like searching capabilities.

Initially, the company launched text replies via @askperplexity, which are triggered after a user tags this username in the post or comment section.

Now you can ask this bot to generate videos using the same feature, but with a video generation prompt.

For example “@askperplexity Make a Tesla with car with two legs and huge sunglasses while running on the sand”. For now, Perplexity has not confirmed the supported length but it’s likely to be short and comprised.
