Longer Grok Imagine AI videos coming in a few days

Imagine is setting a new trend in the AI video generation with its unique approach, but xAI, the maker behind Grok AI chatbot, is cooking longer durations for Imagine’s output.

Imagine allows users to generate fast images with a text or voice prompt. Then, the users can turn their favorite image into a video with Grok AI with the tap of a button. The bot takes about 10-15 seconds to create a video and share with the end user, and also enables live preview with background sound.

Currently, it can generate short videos of a few seconds, but the quality is very good and serves the purpose according to the prompt input.

Elon Musk, CEO of xAI, said that the company is continuously seeking new improvements in this segment. He said Grok’s video generation will improve super fast over the coming weeks and months. His comment indicates the plan to speed up the training and provide quality as well as speed to the end users.

Musk also mentioned that the longer AI-generated videos for the Grok Imagine feature will rollout within a few days. This could be another major milestone for this newly introduced capability, but the specific duration remains unknown.
