xAI will allow you to design Grok companions outfits
xAI has released new outfits for Grok AI companions, and in the near future, users will be able to design custom outfits for their favorite companions.
Grok companions are 3D avatars infused with AI model capabilities; these characters can interact with users via voice conversation and react with interesting animations. One of its anime-style companions, Ani, has created a massive interest in Grok users, despite the limitation to iOS users.

Therefore, the company has released four new outfits for Ani, including Drifter, Pixei, Rabel, and Sunny. These outfits are based on similar themes, providing a new look via visual representation.

In addition to Ani, Grok’s super argumentative AI character, bad Rudi is also getting a new outfit – Rocket, which matches its rebellious personality.
For now, you can change the entire outfit using the in-app option, but designing a custom outfit will provide a whole new user experience. However, that would require some serious work from Grok companion developers. Still, the extent of outfit designing has not been revealed.
Grok companions are currently available on the iOS app, and the Android version is yet to be released.
