Elon Musk, Founder and CEO of the xAI, has announced this new upgrade on X with a video posted of Grok companion Ani created with Imagine. The short clip posted online shows the accuracy of frames and graphical details, as well as the instructions following.

Imagine is a video generation feature that allows users to create short video clips based on an image description. With the recent Imagine v0.9 version, Grok has gained substantial improvement in output speed, while gaining a robust improvement in instruction handling for a precise generation.

To generate a video, users can download the Grok app on Android and iOS or simply go to Grok.com to use Imagine. The feature is free to use with certain usage restrictions, but you can always climb up for increased rates with a SuperGrok plan.
