OpenAI partners with TIME media to train GPT model

OpenAI has sealed a major deal with TIME publication in a multi-year contract and a strategic partnership will enable its content to the OpenAI product.

Under this agreement, the AI company will access current and archived content from TIME ranges from the beginning to improve its reasoning and knowledge of its large language model (LLM).

The response derived from TIME’s content will appear with a backlink as a source in ChatGPT. On the other hand, TIME will enhance its technology perspective featuring OpenAI to develop new products.

Over the past two months, OpenAI has formed similar partnerships with other major publications and news/media portals including News Corp, Vox Media, and Atlantic.
