iOS 18.3 Beta

Apple is seeding the iOS 18.3 beta software update for developers after seeding stable iOS 18.2 with the second batch of Apple Intelligence generative AI features. With this rollout, the company has started the next phase of its beta software testing.

You can opt for a developer beta build from the Software update setting and download it right away. Make sure to load this beta build in a secondary device to refrain from any personal data management and unfamiliar changes.

Apple has made several new improvements to iOS with this new release including Apple Intelligence. However, some of the new changes in the UI and the lock screen elements are quite apparent in this upgrade.

iOS 18.2 released last week brings gernative image features including image Playground, Genmoji, and Magic Wand. These allow you to generate images with descriptions, emojis, and pictures based on a description, presets, or on-screen content to improve the user experience.

This update also introduces ChatGPT to Siri voice assistant, allowing users to type in prompts and get answers right away. Users can also log in to their OpenAI account to select iPhones to save their conversations and history.
