OpenAI ChatGPT Pulse

OpenAI has launched ChatGPT Pulse, a new AI feature that will generate daily briefings, ideas, and suggestions for users with a personalized feed. This service is rolling out as a preview for ChatGPT Pro subscribers and is available via the mobile app.

To generate personalized feeds, ChatGPT will keep a track of conversation via memory feature, your daily conversations, feedback, and connected apps such as the calendar. These feeds are then delivered to your home screen as soon as you open the app. These can appear as a follow-up on the most discussed topics, quick ideas, dinner recipes, or a long-term goal like preparing for a race.

This feature supports Gmail and Google Calendar integration for better relative suggestions, such as meeting agendas or setting a reminder for an upcoming event. It can also recommend a restaurant for an upcoming trip. However, these app integrations are off by default, and you can enable them anytime from the settings.

One of the major facts about Pulse is the graphics. ChatGPT will show you custom graphics with context to keep the related feed attractive.

This feature gives you the choice to curate requests for what you want to see in future briefings. It can give you several choices to choose from and make a briefing around your selection.

These daily updates will be available for one day, and you can follow up with the chatbot with a new question, which will make a new conversation history for the ChatGPT to learn more for the next day.

OpenAI has announced that the ChatGPT Pulse feature currently has its limitations, which means it may not always show you accurate suggestions. However, that may improve with future improvements in this feature.
