Share Grok Voice conversations

In the recent turn of events, xAI has been spotted testing a new feature that will let users record their voices and use them for the Grok voice mode. The AI firm continues to push new updates to the Grok iOS, and the latest development shows that this new feature may also land first for iPhone users.

Input coming from TestingCatalog shows that the built-in feature “Shared Voices” will allow users to hear responses in their own voices instead of using the default inside the app.

To record voices, users will have to go through a simple process and record a sample of their voices in a calm tone to train the Grok model. Once recorded, users can not only use this voice within their own app but also share their voices with other users through a shareable link.

Last month, xAI added options to share full voice sessions as videos or podcasts. Now the whole system feels more social and creative. Content creators can maintain a single voice style across projects without extra work. On the other hand, everyday users can enjoy swapping voices for fun chats with friends or family.

You should know that xAI is still developing the shared voice feature; it may soon be released for all Grok users, including Android. However, a specific launch date is unknown.
