xAI Grok Imagine Video 1.5: Four new features and improvements
xAI has released its new video generation model, Grok Imagine Video 1.5, for users and developers with new features and improvements. It’s available right away for iOS and Android Grok app users and also on the Grok web platform.

Audio Speech
The AI firm has improved the sound effects, ambience, and dialogue system in the generated clip. The lip sync has been improved for a clear and accurate voice.
Motion and Physics
Another major improvement to this model is its motion and physics, which are more closely tied to real-world mechanics than the slow, less immersive version in the previous model. For example, the skateboard demo video shows you what it means.
Speed
One of the interesting upgrades in Grok Imagine Video 1.5 is faster video outputs. It produces a 6-second, 720p video in about 25 seconds, compared to over 40 seconds for the previous model. This upgrade will improve the user experience for faster access to the content.
Improved workspace
Besides these new features, xAI is also releasing a couple of new workflow-oriented improvements.
- Projects – Projects are getting a better user interface with easy-to-manage files.
- Multi-agent – Within your project, you can run multiple agents in parallel to keep them busy in different tasks without waiting for one to finish. This feature allows you to run different prompts at once.
- Search – The AI company has improved the global search, now fetching more results from your library.
