Tesla has announced that the new Model Y production will come into full effect in February, boosting its availability and models for customers across the world. It is also confirmed that the new Model Y will be produced in all factories at once.

Earlier this month, Tesla introduced its refreshed Model Y in the Asia region, followed by the US and Europe. This new EV has several new changes in design and hardware.

Its front is redesigned with a facelift and features a lightbar, while the headlights are shifted in the air vent area. The frunk is more sleek and provides a more aerodynamic-friendly look.

The 20-inch helix wheel provides a quieter and smoother ride than ever before. Moreover, the car has redesigned body castings to reduce parts from 70 to 1 for fewer gaps.

The rear side also has a major change in the form of a cross-bar lamp functioning as an indirect reflective body panel taillight. This lightbar is not ordinary as it includes a depth inside, which reflects the glows even more in the dark and brightens the TESLA letters underneath.

The interior is upgraded similar to the Model 3 2024. The new Model Y has better materials for a more comfortable ride. All seats are now heated and ventilated, support power recline, and soft-touch textiles.

2025 Model Y also comes with increased speakers to improve the entertainment. The company has installed an 8-inch display in the passenger area to provide climate control and entertainment for the second row.

The new Tesla Model Y is currently listed as a limited edition Launch Series to celebrate the start of its production. It is priced at $59,990 in the US and could be claimed with a $7,500 Federal Tax Credit.

However, this bundle includes several freebies such as the FSD package, free Red, Silver, and White colors, 20-inch wheels, and more.

Its delivery is slated to start in the first quarter of 2025 and expansion in the months to come.
