Rivian announces new product launch for February 19

Rivian has officially announced a new product launch for February 19 and shared teaser images to promote what’s coming next from the electric vehicle (EV) maker.

The teaser shows desert and dunes and tire tracks on the sand with “A mirage takes shape Feb 19” title.

There’s one teaser image, which shows the side of the vehicle and doors. However, it seems the company has a new version of the existing R1 series or a new feature that will enable EV owners to do better off-roading.

Meanwhile, you can sign up for these revelations on the official Rivian website to receive a notification.

In June last year, Riviann released second-generation R1S and R1T electric SUVs with new upgrades including updated front headlights, more performance, and an improved interior.

The company has listed Dual and Tri motor variants on the configurator website. However, a Quad motor variant was expected to be released in 2025, which is yet to happen.

So, Rivian could announce this R1 Quad motor variant at the product launch on February 19? We’ll have to figure that out as we’re only one week away from this release.
