Imagine and Valentine companion are now available for Grok Heavy users

xAI is releasing the Imagine and Valentine AI companion access to Grok 4 Heavy users, shipping the latest features to this extra-pricey AI subscription. Last week, the AI company announced Imagine, its video generation feature. It provides quick video generation capability similar to generative image.

The Grok app now has a dedicated tab on top of the home screen, which redirects users to this Imagine interface. Users can feed their prompt via text and voice mode with an on-screen UI. However, the larger portion of the on-screen view is filled with the result preview screen.

Imagine generating four variations for each result. Users can search through their preferences to select an output. These clips also have sound effects, excluding the dialogue system.

You can download, upload, or save the result to favorites with on-screen options. You can also redo the generation to get new results. Interestingly, Imagine can also generate NSFW content. Additionally, you can scroll through a large image gallery derived from the same description for the video.

Second comes Valentine, a new 3D animated companion and an addition to existing companions Ani and Rudi. This new character is inspired by the protagonist from Stranger in a Strange Land. It has unique animations and an interactive voice.

Imagine and Valentine Companion are currently under development, but priority access is now distributed to Grok 4 Heavy subscribers. This SuperGrok Heavy subscription costs $300 per month and is available with a 10 percent discount on annual billing. SuperGrok users are also getting these two new additions but behind the waitlist. These features will be released gradually for all users.
