SpaceX Falcon 9 Liftoff from Space Launch Complex 40 at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station in Florida

On February 4, 2025, SpaceX launched a new Falcon 9 space vehicle from Florida carrying a payload with a 21 Starlink satellite. The payload also includes 13 Direct to Cell satellites designated to deploy in low-Earth orbit.

The rocket fired its engines from Space Launch Complex 40 at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station. The company has capitalized on an early morning launch window to send the rocket into orbit.

The first stage used in this mission completed the 21st flight, which landed on a droneship stationed in the Atlantic Ocean after exhausting its final burn.

The booster has previously supported:

  • OneWeb 1,
  • SES 18+19
  • Eutelsat HOTBIRD-F1,
  • CRS-24,
  • and 16 Starlink satellites.

Note – This was the 14th Falcon 9 flight of the year.
